Thank you very much for joining Dianer Diamonds Inc. VIP Members Club. Our staff is always here to answer any questions you may have. In order to benefit as much as possible from our services, it is advised to carefully read the rules and regulations of our club.

Club Terms:

• Upon joining the VIP Members Club, you must agree to the mentioned rules and regulations. 
  
• If you refrain from agreeing to the terms and regulations, you are forbidden from using the Dianer Diamonds Inc. VIP Members Club.
  
• If there happen to be discrepancies between these rules and regulations and any others that have been mentioned in relation to the Dianer Diamonds Inc. VIP Members Club, these are the rules and regulations that must be adhered to.
  
• Dianer Diamonds Inc. reserves the right to cancel any discount, sale, or coupon at any time, and without prior notice.
  
• There are no double promotions, for sale prices as well as regular prices. (For instance, a birthday discount will be deducted from the original price on the site only, unless specifically written otherwise.)
  
• Dianer Diamond Inc. VIP Members Club discounts apply on items up to $10,000.
  
• In order to receive all of the Dianer Diamonds Inc. VIP Members Club discounts, you must pay for purchases via bank transfers. Paypal payments will require an additional 5% fee.
  
• Joining the Dianer Diamonds Inc. VIP Members Club is individual. Memberships cannot be transferred.
  
• By becoming a member of the Dianer Diamonds Inc. VIP Members Club you are giving permission to receive promotional material and updates from Dianer Diamonds Inc.
  
• Dianer Diamonds Inc. reserves the right to add to, change, and alter these terms and regulations at any time, including all sales, discounts, changes, and additions made to the site, without any prior notice.
  
• The Dianer Diamonds Inc. VIP Members Club membership does not have an expiration date. If however you are not pleased with the service you may cancel the Dianer Diamonds VIP membership by email. (The link is provided on the Contact Us section.)
