Dianer Diamonds has a 30-day money back guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with your product, you have 30 days to return it and receive a refund. You will receive a full refund under the following conditions:

• The items must be returned within 30 days from the day of purchase and must be returned in the original packaging.
• The items cannot be returned damaged, worn, used or if they are a different size or weight. The details of the items must be identical to the product order and the items must be returned with the original certificate.
• Payment will be returned based on the original payment method. For instance, if you paid through Paypal, you will receive your refund through Paypal (the same applies for bank transfers etc.)
•  If Dianer Diamonds agrees to extend the return period beyond the 30 days, a 10% fee from the cost of the item will be charged.
• A $300 fine will be deducted if after 30 days a reserved item has not been paid for in full. Dianer Diamonds Inc. has the right to cancel such an order and return any payment that has been made.
• All customers’ orders are not refundable.

After sending your items back, please send an email with the item’s delivery number, tracking number, and the delivery date to dianer@zahav.net.il.
Furthermore, insure the package in case of loss or theft and ensure that the fees for shipping and handling have been taken care of.
Dianer Diamonds is not responsible for any diamond that you did not receive or that was not sent back according to the conditions previously mentioned.
Please remember to include a copy of your receipt with your package.
